Since Peggy Sims released the first ever Sims 3 custom hairstyle, I've been keeping a close eye on what else appears on that site and today, Peggy uploaded her first Male Skin! All I can say is WOW! It loooks so realistic, infact, its hard to tell that its just a computer game Sim.
The skin is fit for teen, young adult, adult and elder male. Peggy suggests that the skin should not be used for too thin or fat sims. This skin will cover the original skin in-game.

One of our creators have been testing their skills in creating custom hairstyles and sunglasses. They posted up this picture of a pair of designer sunglasses which you can download now and use in your'e game. Hey guys! I finally managed to buy The Sims 3 Ipod Touch version today on iTunes. I've played around with it for about 10 minutes but haven't had time to play it properly yet, so tonight im going to play it for a while and tomorrow Im going to write up a review. When I first entered the game I noticed that the graphics are excellent considering its only 64Mb, there was an okay range of clothing, alot of clothes looks too similar too each other though, there wasn't much different styles and some of them were just horrible, however overall the cas was pretty good for a handheld device.
I'll finish writing a review for tomorrow once I've played the game a bit more.

PeggySims have created the first ever Sims 3 downloadble hairstyle! The new hairstyle works for Teen, Young Adult, Adult and Elder females. It replaces the ladies' mohawk in the game.
Now it shouldn't be long until we have sites creating lots of hairstyles so theres a huge range to choose from.

We found out a while before the Sims 3 was released that the game would serve rea lin-game ads, well Electronic Arts now has it's first major promotional partner advertising in the game, the soft drinks manufacturer Dr Pepper.
Exclusive Dr. Pepper in-game downloads will be made available for players by buying the soft drink and putting in codes that will be put on 500 million specially marked packages. The codes will allow Sims 3 players to gain access to items like "one-of-a-kind beach party items or all the elements of a perfect fall tailgating party." The Sims 3-Dr. Pepper deal will begin in 2010.
At the moment, the advertising campaign is planned for North America Only. This is probably because Dr Pepper is very widespread there. More so than it is in other countries.

Today, June 28th, Woohoo Sims turns 1 year old. From a small sims news site, to a growing fansite...it sure has come a long way. Of course I couldn't have done it without you guys. Thank you all for making it a great first year and I'm looking forward to many more.
Specially for this occasion I've revamped the whole site, theres now a selection of Sims 3 Estates to download and im going to try hard to post news everyday!
I know the news articles don't look quite right, I'll be fiddling about with that, also some information pages aren't up yet, but most of the pages are.

South African Gaming site, Take 2 has already created pages for the first two expansion packs for The Sims 3 and the first stuff pack. According to the first expansion pack page, it is expected to be released to be released November 2009. You can see the page here. However this is totally unofficial and obviously Electronic Arts haven't given an official statement so treat it as rumour.

Honestly, I never really liked Smart cars until now, where can I get myself one of those beauties
